Common Issues
Shopify connection not syncing
- Verify the connection in Integrations in your workspace
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Ensure your Shopify store has the required API permissions
- Contact support if the issue persists
Agent not responding
- Check that the agent is active (not paused) in the Agents page
- Verify the agent has at least one channel enabled
- Check the Runs tab for error logs
- Try sending a simple test message first
Workflow not executing
- Confirm the workflow is enabled and not paused
- Check the schedule configuration (daily, weekly, etc.)
- Review the workflow's execution history for errors
- Ensure connected integrations (Shopify, Google Workspace, etc.) are still authorized
Knowledge source sync failed
