1.3 Connected Apps and Agent Operations

When you connect ChatGPT, Codex, or another authorized application to Zeiko, we process the information needed to provide the requested agent operation, including:

• OAuth client identity, authorization scopes, the Zeiko workspace you select, and connection or revocation status
• Agent names, identifiers, behavior, capabilities, configuration, schedules, and deployment state
• Instructions and tool inputs you submit, along with agent, tool, deployment, and approval results returned for your request
• Security, approval, and audit records used to enforce workspace permissions, investigate failures, and prevent misuse

When you invoke Zeiko through ChatGPT, Codex, or another connected application, we return the account-scoped agent and operation data needed to fulfill your request to that application. The connected application processes your conversation and returned data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not return Zeiko passwords, OAuth access tokens, API keys, or unrelated workspace data as tool results.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

OAuth grants remain active until they expire or are revoked. You can revoke a connected application from Zeiko's Connected apps page. Operational and audit records may be retained after revocation when needed for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or reliable service operation.
