Forms

How to create, publish, and manage forms in Zeiko for lead capture, feedback, and data collection.

Zeiko includes a built-in form builder for lead capture, support intake, feedback, and other structured data collection.

Before You Start

  • Open Forms in the correct workspace
  • Check your current plan if you are close to your active-form limit
  • If publishing or editing is restricted, ask a workspace admin to confirm your permissions

Creating a Form

  1. Open Forms in your workspace.
  2. Click New Form (or navigate to the Form Builder).
  3. Add fields — text, email, number, dropdown, checkbox, textarea, and more.
  4. Configure validation rules for each field.
  5. Save and publish your form.

Where to Go

  • Forms — list of forms and responses
  • Form Builder — create or edit a form
  • Published form URL — share the form externally

Publishing and Sharing

Once published, your form gets a shareable URL that anyone can access. You can:

  • Share the link directly with customers
  • Embed it on your website
  • Connect it to an agent workflow for automated follow-up

Viewing Responses

Open the form in Forms to review submissions:

  • View individual responses with timestamps
  • Export responses for analysis
  • Submission handling depends on your workspace setup and plan

Limits and Access

Form availability and active-form limits depend on your current plan.

Check the public pricing page or Billing in your workspace for the current limits on your account.

Using Forms with Agents

Forms can trigger agent workflows automatically:

  • Lead intake — New form submissions can be routed to a sales agent for qualification
  • Support tickets — Customer issues submitted via form can trigger triage workflows
  • Feedback collection — Responses can be analyzed by an agent and summarized in reports

Common Issues

I cannot create another form

Check your plan's active-form limit first.

My form is live, but nothing happens after submission

  • Confirm the form is published
  • Confirm any connected workflow is enabled
  • Check whether the follow-up depends on an integration that is not connected

I can collect responses, but I cannot find them later

Return to Forms in the workspace and open the responses for that form.
