Zeiko Agents for ChatGPT and Codex
Build, privately test, launch, measure, and improve an AI customer-support agent from your business website.
Zeiko Agents connects one Zeiko workspace to ChatGPT or Codex for a focused customer-support journey.
Install And Connect
- Open Zeiko Agents in ChatGPT and select Install plugin.
- Sign in to Zeiko or create a Zeiko account. ChatGPT keeps the connection request active while you switch between sign-in and sign-up.
- Choose the workspace ChatGPT may access. If this is your first workspace, enter a workspace name; Zeiko does not ask you to choose a product niche.
- Review the requested access and select Allow access.
- In ChatGPT, ask
List my Zeiko customer-support agents.to confirm the connection.
One plugin connection controls one workspace. To use a different workspace, disconnect Zeiko Agents in ChatGPT and connect it again.
From Website To Support Agent
- Ask Zeiko to inspect your public business website and preview a support-agent plan.
- Review the proposed identity and knowledge sources.
- Create the plan as a private inactive draft. Creation does not publish a widget or return a public chat link.
- Wait for website knowledge to finish learning, then test realistic customer questions privately.
- Request activation approval when the answers are acceptable. Zeiko returns a direct approval link and does not activate before approval.
- Check launch status again. Public chat and embed links appear only after the underlying agent is active.
After launch, ask for a support-quality report or evidence-backed improvement recommendations. Selecting an improvement creates another reviewable approval; it does not apply the change automatically.
Focused Tool Access
Version 1.1 exposes nine account-scoped tools for:
- finding the exact support agent
- planning and creating a private website-trained draft
- privately testing customer questions
- checking knowledge and launch status
- requesting activation approval
- reading support quality and performance
- listing evidence-backed improvements
- requesting approval for one exact improvement
The plugin does not expose general agent/team administration, Shopify order mutations, refunds, billing, social publishing, restaurant operations, or outbound customer messaging.
Connection And Workspace Scope
Zeiko uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. During connection, sign in to Zeiko and choose the exact workspace the plugin may use. Every later tool call rechecks your current membership and workspace-management permission.
The connection cannot read or operate another workspace. Revoke the connection from Connected apps, then reconnect the plugin to choose a different workspace.
Truthful Status And Approvals
Private draft, knowledge learning, ready-to-test, tested, approval-requested, and active are separate states. Zeiko does not call a private draft deployed, and it does not return public links for an inactive agent.
Activation and support-improvement requests remain reviewable inside Zeiko. If activation is unavailable for the workspace, private testing remains available and the plugin may return an informational link to Zeiko's plans page; it does not start checkout.
