Before You Start
- Make sure you are inside the correct workspace
- Connect any required integrations first, such as Shopify, Google Workspace, or Postiz
- If you cannot create or edit agents, ask a workspace admin for access
Built-in Agents
SEO Agent
Use the SEO Agent when you want help with audits, AI visibility, blog drafting, or search reporting.
It can:
- Crawl your site and detect technical SEO issues (broken links, missing metadata, crawlability problems)
- Analyze AI visibility — how discoverable your site is in AI-driven search
- Generate llms.txt artifacts for AI search engines
- Create SEO blog drafts on demand or on a schedule
- Auto-generate blog hero images
- Track Google Search Console metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, position)
- Detect content cannibalization before publishing
Shopify Agent
Use the Shopify Agent when you want help with store analytics, product operations, discounts, or inventory-related questions.
It can:

- Smart tags for bulk product organization

Sheets Agent

This workflow uses your shared Google Workspace connection.
It can:

- Use synced data in AI chat, analysis, and automations

YouTube Agents
Use the YouTube tools when you want niche research, script generation, or media-package generation.
Two specialized options are available:

- Long-Form Agent — Generate structured scripts with optional 20,000+ word long-form mode, plus audio, images, and rendered video assets
Custom Agents
If the built-in agents do not match your use case, create your own agent.

Common Questions
I do not see the results I expect from an agent
- Confirm the required integration is connected

- Review the agent's recent runs or logs to see whether a request failed
I want spreadsheet help, but I only see Google Workspace
That is expected. The Sheets Agent uses the shared Google Workspace connection for spreadsheet access.
