Social Draft Inbox
How to review, edit, and approve social media content drafts generated by your agents.
When agents generate social media content, drafts are collected in the Social Draft Inbox for human review before publishing.
How It Works
- Your social content agent (or team) generates posts based on your content strategy.
- Drafts appear in the inbox for review.
- You review, edit if needed, and approve.
- Approved content is sent to Postiz for publication on your connected social channels.
- Zeiko confirms the draft as posted after Postiz reports a social-network release URL.
Viewing Drafts
- Go to Drafts in your workspace.
- Use Queue views to switch between saved review modes such as ready-now, media-broken, stale-evidence, founder LinkedIn, or company X queues.
- Use Filters to adjust the current queue with search, draft status, target, channel, and priority sorting.
- Browse pending drafts with:
- Post content and media
- Target social channels
- The agent that created it
- Generation timestamp
The inbox also includes a publishing plan that summarizes scheduled drafts, ready-to-place drafts, and open publishing slots for the next seven days.
Reviewing and Publishing
For each draft you can:
- Approve — Mark the publication package ready for posting
- Post — Send the approved draft to Postiz
- Edit — Modify the content before publishing
- Reject — Discard the draft
After posting, a draft can temporarily show as queued while Postiz releases it to the social network. During that window, the inbox prevents duplicate posting. If Postiz accepts the draft but does not later report a release URL, Zeiko keeps the draft visible for operator repair instead of marking it as posted too early.
Connected Social Channels
Drafts can be published to any channel connected through Postiz:
- X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
- TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit
- Threads, Discord, Telegram, Bluesky
- And 20+ more channels
Content Strategy Alignment
Agents generate content based on your configured content strategy:
- Topic — What subjects to cover
- Audience — Who the content targets
- Voice — Tone and style guidelines
- Objective — Engagement, awareness, lead generation, etc.
Configure your content strategy in the agent's social controls on the Agents page.
