What can the Shopify storefront agent do?

The storefront agent can answer catalog and order questions, suggest products and sizes, and help shoppers move toward checkout. It is designed for support and sales directly in your Shopify store experience.

Which plans include custom agents?

Custom agent creation and deployment are available on Business, Scale, and Enterprise. Starter and Team focus on packaged agent experiences.

What do Starter and Team include?

Starter and Team include packaged agent workflows with Shopify as the primary path, plus secondary SEO and YouTube package options. They are built to help teams launch quickly without custom setup.

Where can I deploy agents?

Zeiko supports in-app chat, website widget, Slack, GitHub, WhatsApp, Telegram, webhook/API, and Postiz. You can keep the same agent logic and workflows while deploying to different channels.

Do I need a separate agent for each channel?

Not necessarily. Most teams deploy one specialized agent across multiple channels and keep a shared workflow policy. You can also create channel-specific specialists when needed.

Is Shopify storefront chat available on every plan?

Storefront support and sales deployment is positioned as a Business+ capability. If you need embedded Shopify support and sales chat with custom agent behavior, choose Business or above.

Can agents hand off to human support?

Yes. Zeiko includes human handoff flows so conversations can move from AI to an operator when needed, then continue with full context.

How long does setup take?

A basic setup can be done in minutes: connect Shopify, choose your starting niche, and deploy in-app or website widget first. Advanced multi-channel rollout can be done incrementally.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans include a 7-day trial so you can evaluate workflows, channels, and team fit before committing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from billing settings at any time.

How does billing work for seats and growth?

Each paid plan includes a seat allowance, and additional users can be added with per-seat pricing. Higher tiers increase included capacity and custom agent limits.

Can I run SEO and YouTube workflows too, or only Shopify?

You can run all of them. Shopify is the primary ecommerce path, and SEO and YouTube remain available as secondary package tracks for growth teams.

Is my data secure?
